According to Liu Yuhui, during the implementation period, 179550 degrees were added in Beijing. Among them, 403 kindergartens were newly built, rebuilt and expanded with 93140 new degrees through the implementation of important livelihood practical projects in Beijing for three consecutive years; 35349 degrees were increased by tapping potential and encouraging social forces to run kindergartens in various forms; and 51061 degrees were added for community parks by guiding the renovation and upgrading of unlicensed parks. < p > < p > in the past three years, Beijing has continued to increase funding for preschool education. The city has allocated a total of 11 billion yuan of special transfer funds for preschool education in the District, an increase of 5.127 billion yuan, or 87.3%, compared with the transfer payment special investment for preschool education in 2015-2017. Liu Yufang, chairman of the education, science, culture and Health Committee of the Beijing Municipal People’s Congress, said that although the enrollment rate of school-age children in Beijing has reached 90%, there is still a long way to go to achieve the overall goal of having children. The uneven distribution of pre-school education degree and regional local shortage still exist. The problem of “difficult to enter the kindergarten” in some regions is still prominent, and it is difficult to continue to tap the potential to expand the degree. < p > < p > Liu Yufang suggested that we should continue to solve the problems left over by history, such as the construction of supporting kindergartens in the community that were built earlier, and that they should be used for other purposes, and carry out a new round of special rectification work for supporting kindergartens in the community. To explore a new way to guarantee the construction of kindergartens in addition to the construction of residential areas, relevant government departments such as planning should support the transformation of qualified enterprises and institutions into kindergartens. In order to meet the public’s demand for diversified pre chemistry education, we should improve the classified support policies and measures for private kindergartens and encourage social forces to set up various types of kindergartens.
